The hotel has a central location in the restaurant in the evenings.

Nothing to complain about, I had a good stay and would return anytime. Came in Konstanz to relax and have fun, this prestigious hotel was excellent place for doing it. The location was magnificent and amazing right across from the train station, you may take train on Konstanz Central train station within 5 minutes walk from here. The staff was very amiable and competent, kept everything fairly clean and really good.

Some of the staff were untrained.

Location: great and incredible, next to the town center, the old town, near the train station, and both Swiss and German railway stations. Also, to the port for ferry trips. New-fashioned and huge rooms with views of lake and with an individual safe, climate control, and a minibar.

The single room was a nice size and air-conditioned with air con, so that guests had essentials. We were in the best possible location at a medium distance from a grand Catholic church.

Had a fine stay, the hotel is top quality and relaxing.

The room I booked was air conditioned and tastefully decorated and provided with those pictures, an excellant breakfast plus bathroom.

Spotless and huge unit with a functional decor. Had relatively new an individual safe, climate control and a minibar.

The venue was clean and the staff were excellent co-operating and attentive. The superior double room was a nice size, functional, with a reasonably spacious bathroom. The hotel had an absolutely perfect location to Christmas markets. What's more, it was just off the beautiful restaurant and Konstanza train station and beautiful lake.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak plus the bed of mine was very old.

We loved the comforts of this prestigious hotel. The location was magnificent and incredible, you can visit Old Town by walking. Set adjacent to a lake and a harbour, it was a plus. The people were very friendly and professional, will exceed the expectations.

Well, the area was very uncomfortable overall.

The superior king room is bright and has a private safe, an air conditioning and a mini-bar. The breakfast is varied and extensive with a wide range of food.

Our accommodation was set in a very central location near to the old town with plenty of cosy restaurants, Zurich airport and the City centre and old town.

I was impressed with the central location of Halm, situated directly opposite the train station in Konstanz. It made it incredibly convenient for me to find the hotel and explore the city. The hotel itself has a charming old-world grandeur, with beautiful Christmas decorations that added to the festive atmosphere. The room was comfortable and quiet, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of choices and even a fun butter dispensing machine. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its lovely ambiance, friendly staff, and great location.

Overall it was a very enjoyable stay in a clean, well maintained and well staffed hotel. The room was spacious & clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is certainly worthy of it's four stars. On the down side, the breakfast room staff do not seem to have been selected and trained with the same care as the receptionists and the dining room itself was very warm and stuffy.

Great location. Entrance/Lobby and bar area had nice decor. Superior room was spacious and comfortable with a jacuzzi tub. Even though on busy street, the windows kept out the noise.
